AridLogic exists for B2B service businesses tired of agency timelines and deliverables that do not move pipeline. We ship conversion-ready sites in weeks and wire the automations behind them.
Before AridLogic, AJ Rapales was a process engineer at one of Texas Instruments' Assembly and Test (A/T) sites. Day to day that meant process simplifications and automations on the floor, document control that kept specs and revisions traceable, and systems design backed by real project management — shipped changes operators could run, not slide decks.
That engineering foundation also meant process instrumentation and control: measuring what mattered, diagnosing variation with structured analysis and problem-solving methodologies, and fixing root causes instead of patching symptoms. The same discipline applies when a B2B site's hero, forms, and CRM handoffs either convert or quietly leak pipeline.
AridLogic started because too many businesses were paying agency prices for websites that did not actually drive revenue — long timelines, vague deliverables, and templates dressed up as custom work had become the norm.
AJ founded the studio to pair modern AI tooling with that operator mindset: ship conversion-grade websites in weeks, wire them for measurable outcomes from day one, and build systems your team can rely on — not vanity metrics, but real leads, real conversions, and revenue impact.
AridLogic is founder-led. AJ Rapales builds the sites, writes the automations, and runs the audit pipeline — so the person on this page is the person doing the work.
B2B conversion focus
Sites and funnels built for service businesses that sell on trust, proof, and clear CTAs — not brochureware.
AI-native delivery
Modern AI tooling paired with disciplined QA so production sites ship in weeks, with automations wired from day one.
Public methodology
Six free operator resources (checklists, calculator, playbook, templates) you can use before you hire us — the same artifacts we run on engagements.
Honest portfolio
Reference builds are labeled concept work on Vercel. We do not present demos as a client roster.
AridLogic is a new venture established in May 2026. Reference builds in our portfolio are demonstration work by the founder to show craft and process — not prior-employer client lists. When we publish named client case studies, they will come from paid AridLogic engagements with written approval.
We would rather publish real numbers from our own operations and public tools than imply a client roster we have not earned yet.

Stack we ship on
This site runs the same Next.js + Vercel stack, conversion patterns, and QA discipline we deliver for clients.

Most agencies sell pages. We ship conversion-grade sites and wire the automations behind them — measured on pipeline and ops hours, not deliverable counts.
AridLogic is an AI-native studio — that means we use AI-assisted tooling deliberately, not secretly. This site runs on the same toolchain we ship for clients: v0 for UI iteration, Cursor as our IDE, Vercel for production, plus Supabase, Sentry, and Stripe for auth, monitoring, and payments.
Accelerates UI exploration and first-pass React components inside a Next.js repo we own. It is a drafting surface — not a substitute for positioning, conversion architecture, or QA.
Our IDE of choice for day-to-day engineering — refactoring, automation wiring, and pre-launch QA in the same codebase. The link above is our referral if you want to try the workflow we use (we may receive credit at no extra cost to you).
Hosts this site and our reference builds with the performance, preview deployments, and analytics wiring we ship for B2B service businesses.
Auth, Postgres, and storage for client portals and backend systems — invite-only access, row-level security, and APIs we wire on Growth and Premium engagements.
Production error monitoring and performance tracing so issues surface in our dashboard before your team or customers have to report them.
Checkout, subscriptions, and payment flows for tiered packages and retainer billing — scoped and tested before anything goes live.
Paying for AridLogic means paying for judgment, scope discipline, and a 47-point pre-launch pass — not an unreviewed template. We keep toolchain credits here so every other page leads with outcomes, not our dev stack.
We measure success in leads, conversions, and revenue impact — not deliverable counts.
AI lets us move fast. Discipline keeps the work production-grade. We refuse to trade one for the other.
Clear pricing, clear timelines, clear scope. If we cannot help, we will tell you. If we can, we will show you exactly how.
Every site is architected so the next phase — automations, content, integrations — slots in cleanly instead of fighting the foundation.
We do not publish quotes or logos without signed permission. Founding Partners help us create the first real case studies; until then, this slot stays empty.
No published client case studies yet. That is intentional: we would rather show an empty slot than imply work we have not delivered.
Up to 25% Founding Partner discount (or a scoped add-on) in exchange for a published case study, testimonial, and logo permission — with consent signed at engagement start, not after.
The team
AridLogic is currently founder-led. As the team grows, we will introduce additional designers, engineers, and strategists here.
